Toggle on SophosUpdater in Privacy & Security

1. Click on the Apple menu () in the top-left corner

2. Select "System Settings"

3. Click on "Privacy & Security" in the left sidebar

4. Scroll down to "Full Disk Access"

5. Look for "SophosUpdater" in the list

6. Ensure the toggle next to SophosUpdater is switched ON (if it's not already)
