Setting up a Portable Projector and Screen
Compile all equipment needed (projector, screen, laptop etc.) and set up.
Use the HDMI cable and plug it into the projector in the port labeled “Computer In”. It should be blue.
Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the computer.
If you are using a Mac you will need to obtain a dongle from the Tech Office.
b. If you are using a PC the end should plug directly into the laptop either on the left or the right side.
Push the power button on top of the projector. It should turn green as it warms up. The button is the large round button that looks like this:

Adjust the focus if necessary by using the lever just behind the bulb.

There is also an adjustable foot under the projector that can be raised or lowered by pushing up on the gray flat lever and pulling the round foot out.
Once done with the projector push the power button once. A message will appear on the screen asking to push the power button again to shut off.
Push a second time and let the projector cool off. Fan will stop running and the projector will completely shut off.
Return any borrowed equipment to Tech Office (dongles) and return the screen and projector to the designated location for storage.
Setting up Portable Screen

Extend tripod legs completely. (Screen will not be stable if legs are not extended completely)

Once legs are extended, push down on them to lock them in.

Rotate screen until it's horizontal. The top of the screen is a handle.

Pull the handle upwards and clip it on the clip at the top of the post of the screen.
