How to Enable 2-Step Verification (Gmail)
**NOTE - if you are not prompted with the enrollment screen below, please sign out of your email and back in. Then follow the steps below.
1. Upon logging in to your Holderness account you will be prompted with the following screen.
a. Click "ENROLL" (*note: if you select "do this later" you will be prompted again to enroll until it is completed)
2. Enter a mobile phone number OR if you have a Zoom account assigned from Holderness, enter your full Zoom number (ie. 603-779-5XXX - XXX is your extension)
a. Tick "Text message"
b. Click "NEXT"
3. A code will be sent to your mobile phone for verification. **If using your Zoom phone, go to Phone > SMS and locate the code. Enter the code and click "NEXT"
4. If successful, the following screen will appear. Click "TURN ON"
5. Once on you will be redirected back to security settings for your account. Scroll down and locate the following. This is verification 2-Step Verification has been turned on.
6. You will also receive a verification email indicating 2SV has been turned on for your account.
