How To Check Blackbaud Database View Issues

1. Login to NXT with your username and password

2. Choose the database view icon in the upper right corner of your screen

3. Select "Database options"

4. Under Session Information, look to see if the server is active. If so, click "Terminate session" and wait for the server to disconnect. It should look like this when it has successfully disconnected:

5. Log out of NXT and log back in.
