Blackbaud Database View issues

The solution involved the following steps:

1. Login to NXT

2. Choose the database view icon

3. Select "Database options"

4. Under Session Information look to see if the server is active. If so, click "Terminate session" and wait for the server to disconnect. It should look like this when it has successfully disconnected:
