How to Setup Mobility Print for Mac

Step-by-step guide to setting up Mobility Print macOS

1. To begin go to System Settings on your Mac

2. Select Printers & Scanners

3. Right-click within the list of printers and select “Reset Printing System” **NOTE: by doing this you will wipe out all printers including those set up for home. If you DO NOT want to do this, click on each individual printer and click “Remove"

4. Confirm by clicking “Reset.” This will wipe all printers from the list.

5. Now go to bit.ly/HoldernessPrint and download the driver package by clicking on the green button

6. Open the .pkg and install it to the laptop

7. Once installed move the installer to the trash.

8. Go back to Printers & Scanners. You will now see a newly populated list of printers and copiers. There are six total.

9. ***IMPORTANT*** When sending print jobs to a copier you will always send to FollowME_Holderness. This will allow you to retrieve a job from any copier on campus by swiping in or punching in your ID number.
