How to Set Call Handling w/Business Hours - Zoom
Login to holderness.zoom.us using your Holderness Email account
In the panel to the left, select Phone.
In the top menu bar, select Settings.
Scroll down and locate the section titled Call Handling.
Under this section, look for the feature Business Hours.

First, we will set your business hours. Leave it on the default if you don’t care when your phone rings. If you want to change them, follow these instructions.
Click on Edit
Select Custom Hours. Set the hours within the day and check the box next to each day. Then click OK
Those hours should now be set.

Now, let’s set Call Handling. This feature would be used if you want to limit what devices ring when someone calls or in what order you want them to ring.
Simultaneous (is the default) - when a call is received, all devices logged in to Zoom ring at once
Sequential - when a call is received, devices logged in to Zoom ring in the order you select
Select and click Confirm
Sequential - click on Edit in Call Handling
Toggle on and off devices and rearrange the list. The device on the top of the list rings first. You can also set the duration of ring time for each device. By default, it is 30 seconds.
